What is epik?

epik is Pinterest's click id. It is added to Pinterest ad clicks and stored by the Pinterest tag in the _epik cookie.

epik is Pinterest's click id. It arrives on the landing URL when someone clicks a Pinterest ad, and the Pinterest tag keeps it in the first-party _epik cookie. Sending it with Conversions API events helps Pinterest connect a purchase to the ad click.
