Who pays for the AI?+
You use your own Claude or ChatGPT plan. Track Atlas does not resell AI usage. The connector is an add-on at $19 per month on top of your Track Atlas plan.
Which plans work?+
Any Claude plan (Free allows one custom connector), and ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise with Developer mode. Claude setup · ChatGPT setup
What data can my assistant read?+
The reports you see in Track Atlas: sales, costs, ad spend, attributed orders by channel and campaign, the funnel and tracking health. Only for stores you can open, and never shopper names, emails, phones or addresses.
Does Track Atlas see my chats?+
No. Track Atlas only receives the data requests your assistant makes, such as a store and a date range. Your conversation stays with Claude or ChatGPT under their terms.
How do I disconnect?+
Open AI assistants in your account settings and choose Disconnect. Changing your password also disconnects every assistant.
