On automatic billing, Starter moves to Business and Business moves to Scale-up at the order limit. You pay the price difference for the time remaining, then renew at the new plan’s price. Orders included in the new plan are not charged again as extras.

Above Scale-up’s 7,000 orders, additional capacity is charged automatically in packs of 100, at up to $20.00 per pack. The first 1,500 extra orders are capped at $100.00. Packs expire at the end of the usage month. Higher capacity starts after payment succeeds; eligible events can wait up to 48 hours for payment, subject to queue limits. Expired events are not delivered.

Plan and billing-frequency changes you schedule take effect at your base renewal. Automatic upgrades at your order limit apply after payment of the prorated difference. Trial changes keep the original trial end date and never trigger automatic upgrades.

Existing contracts keep the billing policy shown in their dashboard until an agreed transition.

Quarterly plans are paid every three months; annual plans are paid once per year. Prices above show the equivalent monthly cost and the full charge for the selected period. Order allowances reset each month. An automatic upgrade charges the difference for the remaining paid period without changing your renewal date. Extra capacity is charged separately when needed and expires each usage month, including on quarterly and annual subscriptions. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

Manage your plan and renewal in the dashboard’s billing settings. Subscription payment and payment-method management open secure Stripe pages. Existing merchants retain their original account, currency and price catalog, including when they change plans.
