Tracking health and delivery diagnostics for Shopify
See what your Shopify store sends, which sales reached Meta, Google Ads and Pinterest, what was refused and why, and when capture drops.
TRACK ATLAS shows, for every sale, whether it reached Meta, Google Ads and Pinterest, and in plain words why not when it did not. The Events page counts what the store is sending and warns when capture drops.
Sales delivery
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Accepted on the first attempt |
| Sent after retry | Accepted after a temporary failure |
| Retrying | Waiting for the next attempt |
| Failed | Refused, with the reason, such as an event older than Meta's 7-day window or a missing permission |
| Not offered | Not sent to that platform, for example because the visit had no click from it |

Questions
How do I know a sale reached Meta?
The delivery panel lists each sale per platform with its result: sent, sent after retry, retrying, failed or not offered, and the platform's reason when it refused.
What happens when a platform is down?
Temporary failures are retried after 5, 15 and 60 minutes. After the third attempt the event is kept as failed so you can see it.
Will I notice if tracking stops?
The Events page compares today's page views with the store's own 7-day baseline and flags when capture drops or stops.
