How each number is calculated

Costs
- Product costs: Shopify cost per item, reversed for refunded units.
- Payment fees: reported by Shopify, or from rates you set per gateway.
- Shipping: a rule per order, per unit, or both.
- Other costs and manual ad spend: entered once, spread over their dates.

- Store metrics: total sales, orders, AOV, units, discounts, returns.
- Funnel: page views, adds to cart, checkouts, purchases and conversion rate from the TRACK ATLAS pixel.

Questions
Where do product costs come from?
From Shopify's cost per item on each variant, synced daily. Products without a cost can use a fallback percentage you set.
Are payment fees included?
Yes. Fees Shopify reports on the order are used as they are; for other gateways you set a percentage and fixed fee.
Can I add costs that are not in Shopify?
Yes. Shipping cost rules, a handling fee per order, other costs and manual ad spend, spread over the days they cover.
